Privacy Policy

PestLine AI ("we", "us") is an AI receptionist service for pest control businesses, operated by Flair Technologies Ltd. We answer calls, texts, and web inquiries on behalf of the pest control companies that subscribe to our service ("Companies").

When you contact a Company that uses PestLine AI, we process the information needed to help you: your name, phone number, email address, message content, call recordings and transcripts, property address, details of the pest issue you report, photos you choose to send, and appointment details.

From Companies and their staff, we collect account details: business name, contact details, service list, pricing, service area, and business hours.

• To respond to your inquiry, state published price ranges, and schedule appointments
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders you have requested
• To notify the Company's owner and staff about your inquiry or booking
• To ask for feedback after a completed service
• To operate, secure, and improve the service

We do not sell personal information.

The uses above describe the customer contact and booking information you share with a Company. They do not apply to Google user data. Google user data obtained through the Google Calendar integration is used only as described in the "Google user data" section below, solely to provide the scheduling feature, and for no other purpose.

A Company can connect its Google Calendar to PestLine AI so that we can check real-time availability and place bookings on its calendar. This connection is made by the Company through Google's OAuth consent screen and can be revoked at any time.

What Google user data we access

• Google Calendar availability (free/busy times) on the connected calendar, to offer open appointment slots.
• The ability to create, update, and cancel the appointment events that PestLine AI schedules on the Company's behalf.
• The email address of the connected Google account, only to show the Company which account is linked.

How we use it

We use this Google user data solely to provide the booking feature: reading free/busy availability so the assistant only offers genuinely open times, and creating, updating, or cancelling the appointment events the Company books.

We do not use Google user data for any other purpose. Specifically, we do not use it to improve, develop, or analyze any other product; we do not use it for analytics, research, advertising, marketing, or feedback requests; we do not sell it; and we do not use it to train any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, whether ours or a third party's. Google user data is passed to our AI provider (Anthropic, via the Claude API) only transiently, at the moment of scheduling, to determine which open times to offer; it is not retained by that provider, and Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. Our voice providers (Vapi for call handling and Deepgram for speech-to-text) never receive Google Calendar data.

How we store and protect it

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and transmitted over TLS. Calendar data is processed only to check availability and write events; access is limited to what is required to operate the service.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the booking feature (for example, our cloud hosting and processing providers, under confidentiality obligations) or where required by law.

Retention, deletion, and revoking access

A Company can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the PestLine AI dashboard, or revoke PestLine AI's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, or when an account is closed, we delete the stored Google tokens. We do not retain Google Calendar data beyond what is needed to operate the booking feature.

Limited Use

PestLine AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You receive texts from us only if you texted a Company first, submitted a form with your mobile number, or asked for text follow-up during a call. These are appointment and service messages: confirmations, reminders, a follow-up after your visit, and an invitation to review the Company. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Separately, if you are a pest control company owner or a prospective owner, PestLine AI (a service of Flair Technologies Ltd) sends account notifications, customer-care texts, and occasional marketing or promotional messages directly to you - such as new-lead and new-booking alerts, account and service updates, responses to a demo you requested, and occasional updates about PestLine AI features or offers - only after you provide your mobile number and tick the SMS-consent box on a PestLine AI form (for example the demo request form). Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message frequency varies with message and data rates possibly applying.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help. Opting out stops all non-essential messages from that number.

We share your information with the Company you contacted; it is their customer relationship. We also use service providers solely to deliver the service, under contracts that restrict their use of your data: telecommunications carriers (SMS and voice), cloud hosting, and AI processing - Anthropic (Claude API) for reasoning across our text and voice channels and, for voice, Vapi (call orchestration) and Deepgram (speech-to-text). We do not build, train, host, or operate our own AI or machine-learning model, and none of these providers use your data to train their models. We may disclose information if required by law. If PestLine AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy, and we will provide notice. Google user data is transferred in such a transaction only as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including obtaining any required consent.

We keep conversation and booking records for as long as the Company maintains an active account, and delete or anonymize them after closure or on valid request. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with access limited to what operating the service requires.
